Refund policy

At Mr. Wazart Gallery, we take great pride in the quality of our fine art prints. Because each item is printed to order, we generally do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your print arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery at mrwazartgallery@gmail.com.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage (including the packaging).

  • Once verified, we will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.

Cancellations Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase before they move into the printing and fulfillment phase.

Lost Shipments If your tracking information shows that your package has stalled or is lost, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a solution.
